Le Couvent des Minimes Hiker's Foot Healer blends 9 plants, carefully selected for their renowned beneficial properties. Its rich and emollient formula softens the skin, intensely nourishes dry feet and soothes sensations of heat and fatigue.

The original recipe:

  • Borage oil, Shea butter, Grape-seed oil: nourishing, repairing and moisturizing
  • Wintergreen: softening
  • Ivy: helps to improve skin microcirculation
  • Tapioca powder: protects against friction
  • Essences of Peppermint, Lemon and Litsea Cubeba: refreshing and purifying.

Paraben free.

Use : apply to clean, dry feet every day, morning and evening if necessary. Only a small amount is required. Gently massage onto feet, paying special attention to heels and particularly dry areas. For best results, exfoliate first with the Hiker's Foot Healer Polishing Cream, once or twice a week.

Apply a small amount to clean and dry feet daily. Firmly massage from the toes to the ankles.

Le Couvent des Minimes' tip:
  • For a long lasting feeling of freshness: massage the top of the foot along the grooves that separate the tendons. Then, massage on top and between each toe, rolling them between your fingers and flexing them back and forth. Massage the sole with the thumbs in an outward direction and then with your fist from the toes to the ankle. Pay particular attention to the ankle, moving up the leg. Finish with light sweeping strokes.

Comments about Le Couvent Des Minimes Hiker's Foot Healer:

I bought the hand cream, and it was thick and luxurious and wonderful, so I thought this foot cream would be as well. However, the lotion is quite thin, and slightly greasy. I've had it for about half a year now. It doesn't do a great job of healing or moisturizing my feet. I don't usually suffer from extremely dry cracked heels, but they can get pretty dry in the wintertime and need extra care. I don't think this product is a horrible one; however, considering the price, the quality is lacking. I personally expected a rich, creamy, deeply-moisturizing cream, but this lotion feels thin and a bit too slippery for my liking. It takes awhile to absorb, and kind of leaves a film on your skin that interferes with walking, putting on shoes, etc. because your feet are too slippery! In my opinion, it just isn't worth the money. There are many other foot creams that out-perform this for a fraction of the cost.

I have been using this product for a while now. It not only softens my feet, but the callouses are really finished. I would highly recommend this product and I have even bought it for my elderly mom & she too loves it.

I use this product on a weekly basis to keep my feet soft and beautiful. The boyfriend has even let me give him a few foot-rub's with it, and he always comments on how refreshing (not "girly") the scent is. We recommend it.

I use this as a hand cream and it's lovely. I figured if it was good for feet it would be good for hands and I was right. Smells divine, very lemon grass and fresh. As it is meant for feet it's a little slick but I use it at night or only on my cuticles and tops of hands and am very happy with it. I'm a nurse and my hands take a beating, this helps keep them supple.
