Comments about Color Oops Hair Color Remover:

I have been dying my hair a bleach blonde for over a year now. Decided I wanted to go back to my natural dark brown because the blonde is hard to maintain. HATED IT!!! It looked horrible. Used color oops and it brought it back to a manageable blonde! Only thing is it smells SO bad. Make sure you use in a well ventilated area.

Comments about Color Oops Hair Color Remover:

OMG!! This product claims that it takes the artificial color out of your hair, but it actually makes your hair look like you bleached it! It doesn't say this on the box at all! So if you want to get back to your natural color, this isn't right for you. But, if you want to go lighter before bleaching, this might be a huge waste of time at best.

Comments about Color Oops Hair Color Remover:

I used this product after I had dyed my hair purple and wanted to go back to a natural color. The color was faded and the product itself worked fine, but that's where the pros end for me. The smell is like rotting fruit. I didn't want to put this stuff on my hair! The formula is also insanely runny so it makes a real mess, although luckily it doesn't dye what it touches.

Although it stunk up my whole house, it removed all the too dark color in my hair and left it so natural looking and soft. So happy with the results.

Comments about Color Oops Hair Color Remover:

I had been dying my hair bright copper red over the past few years. I wanted to return to an easy mantenence colour but didn't want to use ash dye because I didnt want the blonder streaks to go green. So I researched color oops and decided to try it. So happy with the results!!! It's a little drying so needed a deep conditioner. I didn't even need to use a toner over it the resulting color!

Comments about Color Oops Hair Color Remover:

I bought this product to correct an at home "color gone wrong" accident. I have medium brown hair that has been regularly colored since I was 21. I decided to go a shade darker...and quickly regretted my decision! I used Oops and (although it said I could recolor same day) waited 24 hours before re coloring.
            Things I learned:
            1. Oops was easy to apply but read and trust the directions!
            2. Have serious repair conditioner on hand to use afterwards and before recoloring! (I used an overnight treatment and hair mask and still felt a little dry the next day.)
            3. The smell is HORRIBLE!!! My pillow and towel smelled like Oops until I washed, and my hair smelled until I recolored. (The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars)
            4. When recoloring it suggests only keeping new color on to process for 5 minutes. I waited 10 thinking I knew better after using the same brand and same color for the past 15 years, and my color came out darker than I wanted, but still not as bad as the original, so I left it.

I have medium brown hair, died my hair to make it one shade darker and it turned my hair black. Bought color oops to just go back to my natural color which is what it advertises to do. Nope!! Now I have bright orange hair.
