I bought this curling wand a couple months ago and when I tried to curl my hair it did NOT work. I have never had a problem like this on a curling iron. So I had my friend who does an amazing job at curling hair try and it STILL did not work.

I have fine hair and this iron curled at first but quickly lost the curl within an hour. I used products to help keep the curl but it still did not stay. I get a better curl using my flat iron. Extremely disappointed in this iron.

                    A:

Either the 1-1/2 in. or the 1-1/4 in. barrel model would be ideal for you! This larger size barrel works best for longer hair lengths and will give you gorgeous curls and waves.

                    A:

We list the temperature to use on fragile hair to be 280 degrees and normal hair 330 degrees. So in your case, it would be anywhere between 280 to 300. Try the lowest temperature first and raise as needed.
