This was awful. It's part of their Halloween collection. I've used this brand before and was always happy for the price and value but this isn't even worth the 7 or 8 dollars. It has no pigment. I was only using it to set my white makeup and it didn't even do that. Do not buy. It's a waste of money and time. Returned it promptly. Plus side was the size and cute packaging with a ghost emblem.

Thought this would be great for setting Halloween makeup, but it was just like setting with translucent powder, no coverage and feels heavy.

          Finally a white setting powder

So happy I found a white setting powder. I'm pale so not only is this good as a matte highlighting powder, but also as an overall powder when my foundation is too dark. It's definitely white, but not overly pigmented so any cream blush under it will still show through, but this will lighten them. It feels smooth and sets my makeup very well.
The packaging is cute too, the compact swivels out and the ghost pressing is adorable. The sticker over the mirror was really difficult to remove, but soaking the sticker it in goo be gone helped.
Overall very happy and I'm definitely gonna stock up.
