Paul Mitchell Flexible Style Spray Wax creates bendable texture and delivers a satin finish. Non-oily wax and sunflower seed oil create a satin finish; flexible beeswax adds pliability.

Added bonus: Light aerosol mist is easy to apply to all hair types and lengths.
Shake well. Spray lightly into completely dry hair. Style, mold, form or finish as desired. To remove, rinse thoroughly with warm water prior to shampooing. A second shampoo may be necessary.

Precautions: Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurized container may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 48C/120F. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid spraying in eyes. Use only as directed. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal.

According to my daughter, this is really easy to use and the hold is amazing and non-sticky. Her hair always looks great and she does the lastest short hair styles and always looks amazing.

Comments about Paul Mitchell Flexible Style Spray Wax:

I have used this product for close to 20 years for multiple hairstyles. I can't live without it! There is no other product quite like it, and I think I have tried them all! This is a wax that spays out like a mist. I have very fine hair but this wax does not weigh it down, but you could over-use this if you're not careful. It's great to create lightweight spikes, tamp down frizzies, slick back, or separated locks. This spray wax provides touchable hold. I use additional hairspray or glue for stiffer styles. It is slightly sticky when you first spray it but it does dry out. You can dampen your fingers and run them through your hair to revive your look later in the day. It smells nice too. I have never had any trouble whatsoever washing this out of my hair with one application of regular shampoo.

I have had trouble over the years with the nozzles, and have sometimes had to return the product to the store because of it.

It's not cheap, but it's worth it. The 7.5 oz bottle lasts me 6 months and I use it almost daily.

Comments about Paul Mitchell Flexible Style Spray Wax:

The spray wax is exactly that, it's a wax that leaves a pretty significant layer on your hair. It was really difficult to wash out as well. I had to shampoo my hair two or three times and I still had some residue left

Comments about Paul Mitchell Flexible Style Spray Wax:

I've been using this stuff for years, and haven't been able to find anything else quite like it. Hairspray dries my hair out too much, so I use this for hold instead. I spray a light (and I stress "light") mist over my hair, after blowdrying and before flat ironing or using a curling iron, and my style lasts for days. Better than that, it's still flexible and not stiff or sticky. I never reapply, even if restyling between washes. This wax can create major build up. And the spray nozzle routinely clogs. I just run it under hot water and that usually helps. It's pricey, definitely has its flaws, but I can't do without it.

Comments about Paul Mitchell Flexible Style Spray Wax:

This product is perfect for giving your hair volume and 'spikiness' without giving up touch-ability. You get the lift and volume you need but your hair still remains soft and not at all sticky or plastic-y like some waxes.
I use it practically in place of hair spray since its so light.

        Clumpy

        from Colorado

Comments about Paul Mitchell Flexible Style Spray Wax:

I have tried a few different spray waxes professional and non, and this is by far the worst. it clogs and spits clumps of wax in my hair no matter how much I clean the nozzle. I've held onto it and kept trying to use it but it's going in the trash.

        Too sticky on dry hair

          • On damp hair

Comments about Paul Mitchell Flexible Style Spray Wax:

I have chin length very course and thick naturally wavy hair (so thick that I actually have an undercut to get rid of hair I don't need, you can't tell at all that I have an undercut when my hair is down) that I try and style as like a messy wavy bob.

My routine is some kind of smoothing serum + control/creme gel (playing around with different options right now) on damp hair + braids/headband technique/hand twists and then sometimes I top off with a spray wax. I sometimes reapply spray wax on dry hair to get more hold/definition/control.

I like this spray wax least because it is so sticky when sprayed on dry hair. If you spray on damp hair it's fine, but I think that's partly because it didn't stick as well. I like this much less than the other spray waxes I've tried, Redken and Sexy Hair.

Comments about Paul Mitchell Flexible Style Spray Wax:

Great for styling short hair styles, however do not use a lot as it creates a great deal of build-up (I learned the hard way!). Clarifying shampoo is an essential when using this product (but clarifying shampoo should not to be used on a daily basis- per my stylist).
          A must try!
