Comments about Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick:

It's a sad for me . I have dry skin type, but I've always been a Fit Me foundation user. This foundation has always been my go to foundation. I have always love the consistency and the feel of the foundation. But for some reason when I purchased two new sticks, I found the product not looking good on my skin. I found the foundation sinking into my pores and hangs onto dryer areas. I prep my face with Aragon oil and used Becca backlight priming filter.
It saddens me to feel this way about Fit Me foundation, but I disliked the feeling and they way it look so this much that I want to return the product.

      Ugh!

      By Michaela

Comments about Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick:

This is the worst foundation I've ever tried. It's very oily and doesn't blend well. It comes off so easily and only lasts an hour before I see it coming off my nose. Very disappointed..

Comments about Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick:

I bought this product to use as a fast way to apply my foundation in the morning. However after giving this product a try multiple times I find it to leave my skin very powdery and dry looking. This product is also very light coverage and took a while for me to blend with my beauty blender. I overall would not purchase again.

Comments about Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick:

I bought this because I needed something for fast application in the mornings! I love the application and finish after applying, but I am SO greasy after a couple hours! I have VERY oily skin, but my favorite foundation is the Maybelline FitMe Matte and Poreless, so I thought this would work since it said "shine-free." If you have normal to dry skin, you would probably love this!

        Doesn't blend well

        By Trish

        from California

Comments about Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick:

It took forever to blend with a beauty blender. Then, throughout the day I started getting streaks of makeup running down my face, and I used a setting spray. Don't waste your money.

I have big pores on and around my nose -- it's something I'm trying to work on. This foundation immediately made my pores stand out like crazy after applying! It's also very greasy! Maybe if you don't have big pores, you'd be fine. The only pro I can really think of is the fact that it's really easy to apply and convenient.

Comments about Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick:

I have oily skin, but clear skin. This stuff is the perfect match colorwise for my skin, and quick and easy to apply on mornings when I don't have a lot of time before work, or to pack in a carry-on when I'm flying and don't want to bring a liquid foundation. If you're suffering from oily skin like me and you want this to STAY ALL DAY! Apply a primer first. I'm currently toggling between an urban decay one, ELF brightening primer, and FX illuminating, and it doesn't make a difference which one, just pick your favorite. But it will keep this foundation on your skin ALL DAY. I also use UD's setting spray, which is magical at locking anything into place.

We don't have any prepare info on best shades to use as contour with our different foundations. What one person needs or prefers can differ quite a bit from someone else using the same foundation shade. That's why we love the Master Contour Palette; the colors can be custom blended to provide the final result that best suits the look you're going for that day.

However, we would suggest checking out Ivory or Classic Ivory in our Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick.
