I had been wanting a stick foundation for awhile and had debated against ABH or hourglass foundations but after swatching this at my local Ulta I decided to give it a try and buy it. AND I USE THIS EVERYDAY! I put this on as a first layer and then if I want more coverage I will add another liquid foundation on top. This is a hit buy for sure!

Comments about Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick:

I had very high hopes for this product since I have very oily skin but sad to say it did not perform as I would've liked. It's definitely a light coverage foundation so if your looking for something with any coverage at all this is not for you. But most importantly it does not help control shine. I've tried just one layer, several layers, with and without powder and my face was still a big greasy mess after about 2 hours. And it transfers very easily too. So a big no no for me :(

Comments about Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick:

I love this foundation. It's not an all day wear as it does wear down as the day goes by. It is very blendable, smooth and makes your face very soft. I do add finishing powder to try to keep it set so it tries to slow down the wear out process.

Comments about Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick:

I just started using this again after feeling my current routine was way too heavy and wasn't allowing my skin to breathe. I apply on a freshly washed face after witch hazel swoop. I lightly apply in light swoops in the five zones and then lightly blend using my sponge. And finish with a light loose powder. I love how it covers minor imperfections but is light enough it lets my skin show through. I really like this product for in the center of it is a shine mattifier. Pretty cool product for the summer!

We don't have any prepare info on best shades to use as contour with our different foundations. What one person needs or prefers can differ quite a bit from someone else using the same foundation shade. That's why we love the Master Contour Palette; the colors can be custom blended to provide the final result that best suits the look you're going for that day.

However, we would suggest checking out Ivory or Classic Ivory in our Fit Me Shine Free Foundation Stick. We also recommend bringing your current foundation into Ulta and comparing it to our different foundation shade options!
