Comments about John Masters Organics Evening Primrose Shampoo For Dry Hair:

Evening primrose shampoo does not strip the hair and cleans effectively. For best results follow up with a conditioner such as rose and apricot hair milk, or the citrus and neroli detangler. It controls frizz and leaves the hair feeling soft and moisturized. This is my first time using John Masters products and I'm so happy with the results that I can honestly say they are the best products I've ever used. The Argan Oil is fantastic too, light and silky it does not weigh the hair down. I intend to try the skin care products as well.

I am trying to use healthier products and this is one that was recommended. It does a nice job on my hair and is still better for over all health.

          Solid but not terribly impressive

Comments about John Masters Organics Evening Primrose Shampoo For Dry Hair:

I like this shampoo, but not enough to repurchase it. There are significantly cheaper natural/organic shampoos that clean just as well. Despite that, this is a solid product. Not extremely moisturizing, but not extremely drying either. Used mostly when my hair was still relatively clean and I wanted something gentle. Probably could not use exclusively--need to switch off with a clarifying shampoo every once and a while. Strong herbal smell, but not unbearable. Overall, good but too small a quantity and too high a price for me to repurchase.

Comments about John Masters Organics Evening Primrose Shampoo For Dry Hair:

I bought this at the local ulta thinking it would be a light, moisturizing daily shampoo but it stripped my hair to the point where my hair would feel like straw. Doesn't work much better then a generic drug store shampoo. It's nice that it's a more natural option but your better off just using Aveda products instead.

The shampoo smells great but doesn't lather well. It's on the expensive side and you'll go through it quick. It does do a great job in making hair healthy

I use a dryer, and quite a bit a flat iron. I don't want my hair to look dry or not conditioned...
I like these two and I should check if there is a thermal protection product.
