Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

I've used Pacifica's BB and CC creams in the past, and have had decent luck; I just don't like that they're shimmery. I'm definitely a light coverage "no makeup" look kind of person. The lightest shade is almost perfect for my skin tone, but I find it unfortunate that Pacifica does not offer a wider range of shades. My other issue is that this actually feels fairly heavy, despite its claims. I absolutely do NOT feel "bare-faced." It also seems to make my pores look larger. I used only one pump of product, dotted with fingers, and blended with a beauty blender. I will continue to use this simply for the sunscreen coverage for the summer. Maybe I'll get used to it? I would recommend this to a person who regularly uses heavier foundation, but wants a more natural look and product. But if you're a BB or CC person, don't bother making the switch.

Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

WOW, what a mess. I have been eyeing this product with the recommendation from multiple you tubers that this stuff is perfect for lightweight coverage. I wanted to see for myself. I am switching over to CF and V products but I had TROUBLE with this foundation. This product needs to be shared, as I have been warned. I tried shaking endlessly, and reapplying multiple times to see if I had done something wrong but I still ended up with a greasy Serum and clumpy pigment chalk dots all over my face. The foundation brought out a texture I've never seen before on my skin and I was feeling reptilian by the end of application. I even tried saving the spotty coverage with Laura Mercier setting powder but it picked up off of my face and clung to the brush that had powder on it, leaving me blotchy and with a greasy chalk brush. I was rooting for pacifica as they are local to me and have a wide range of CF and V products but what a disappointment. The fairest shade is also a medium toned beige with warm undertones. I wouldn't waste your time here, save yourself the trip and try other CF and V foundations. I hate writing terrible reviews but BOY there is not one thing they got right with this foundation.

Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

This was awful. I have fair skin and this actually made my skin look lighter. I think it is a result of the natural sunscreen, which is fine, I love all natural products, but this made me look pale, as in not well. Also, my fingertips would be covered in white residue after applying. I had to wash (with soap) to get it off before I could continue to apply the rest of my make up, because if I didn't, I would leave sticky white fingerprints on everything I touched. This "foundation" felt oily on top of my skin no matter how much powder I put on top of it or primer underneath it. The slightest bump or touch would remove it and it settled into my creases as well. It did not cover any blemishes, it was very thin and oily, even after shaking the bottle well to thoroughly mix all ingredients. This is the worst of all of the Pacifica foundations, none were good, but this is definitely the worst.

I like using makeup that's more natural. This has a nice very Matte finish. My skin tends to be very dry and this foundation made my face look very cakey. Maybe for oily skin it might work well.

Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

Ok. So. Here is the thing...I cannot use Pacifica foundations, BB creams, concealers, etc...because they don't come in shades which are fair enough! Boo! I bought this foundation for my mother (age 63) and she can't get enough of this stuff! It looks really gorgeous on her and it doesn't aggregate her sensitive skin. (But it matches her dark, olive, Italian p, yeah even in the dead of winter she looks tan, complexion beautifully!). I also bought this as a gift for my 17 year old niece (because again, this kid was actually born with a complexion...) because who wants to give a beautiful girl they love a bunch of crummy chemicals to put on her face. She loves it too...and the moisturizer and the eye brightener...and whatever else comes with the Pacifica logo...Please, please, please...can you make these things in shades that don't require fake spray tans or real live dangerous sun tans? The shades are very limited in both directions actually. I have some lovely girlfriends of color who would LOVE to try the makeup, but the formulas are too light! You guys are sort of stuck in the middle and you are missing a whole bunch of could be loyal customers out here! Please...I am a natural ginger with bright green eyes and VERY fair...lets face it...translucent/blue toned skin. K. Thanks...

I will never buy this product again.. It makes my oily, exfoliated skin look dry and flaky, it has a weird smell. It didn't work with a primer underneath even, it was like oil and water.
