Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

The most beautiful coverage of any foundation I've ever used. Covers blemishes, pores and has the most beautiful finish. Only a little light setting powder needed. Beats all expensive foundation hands down, no comparison.

Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

This was a strange product. At first application it felt greasy and didn't seem to have any coverage at all. With another try it felt goopy and had patchy coverage. I hated the texture on my face and finally just washed it off. A total fail for me.

Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

I wanted to love it. Really, I did. And for the most part, this foundation is awesome! However... It caused a major allergic reaction on my face that I'm still recovering from a week later. But about that in a minute.

This foundation is superbly thin. Literally almost like water on your face. Which is kind of okay, cause it's super moisturizing despite being so thin, and a matte finish! I bought mine in their Light/Medium shade. Which was actually a perfect fit. Application was smooth, and I used both a beauty blender and the Real Techniques perfect face brush. It dries down fairly quickly, but you can build it up without being cakey. The finish is matte and really beautiful.

I guess the longevity is so-so. I had been wearing it for less than two hours before I started feeling super hot and sweaty, and only on my face. Since I was at work, I had to basically wash my makeup for the day off. I ended up leaving early, taking some benadryl, and sleeping. My face is still red, kinda peely, and has random red bumps that aren't a breakout a week later. It's getting better with a treatment, but it made me sad cause everything about this foundation otherwise was good!

I don't have particularly sensitive skin, either. And I'm not sure what ingredients caused this reaction. Bummer.

Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

Amazing coverage and smells so calm and relaxing. This is currently my favorite after trying a ton of different foundations. I also liked Tarte and Stila if that helps gauge what kind of buyer I am. The only con is it rubs off easily onto my fingers, clothes, my babies face. I have tried setting sprays like urban decay All Nighter, NYX, and Loreal infallible but none of them makes it transfer resistant

Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

I wanted to like this product so, so much, because I love so many other products by this brand AND the fact that they offer so many vegan, cruelty free products for an affordable price. Unfortunately, this product is horrible. It doesn't stay on long for nothing, seriously.. if I breathe the makeup comes off- forgetting being able to scratch/rub/touch any part of your face for any reason, because the makeup will come off and will be blotchy. By the end of the day my face is spotted and blotchy from all of the areas that the makeup came off. Not to mention, it seems, no matter what happens, the makeup ends up in my eye and the SPF in it burns like a MF, turning my eyes into bloodshot stoner eyes, which is not the look I'm going for. Will 100% not be repurchasing =(

Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

I've used Pacifica's BB and CC creams in the past, and have had decent luck; I just don't like that they're shimmery. I'm definitely a light coverage "no makeup" look kind of person. The lightest shade is almost perfect for my skin tone, but I find it unfortunate that Pacifica does not offer a wider range of shades. My other issue is that this actually feels fairly heavy, despite its claims. I absolutely do NOT feel "bare-faced." It also seems to make my pores look larger. I used only one pump of product, dotted with fingers, and blended with a beauty blender. I will continue to use this simply for the sunscreen coverage for the summer. Maybe I'll get used to it? I would recommend this to a person who regularly uses heavier foundation, but wants a more natural look and product. But if you're a BB or CC person, don't bother making the switch.

Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

WOW, what a mess. I have been eyeing this product with the recommendation from multiple you tubers that this stuff is perfect for lightweight coverage. I wanted to see for myself. I am switching over to CF and V products but I had TROUBLE with this foundation. This product needs to be shared, as I have been warned. I tried shaking endlessly, and reapplying multiple times to see if I had done something wrong but I still ended up with a greasy Serum and clumpy pigment chalk dots all over my face. The foundation brought out a texture I've never seen before on my skin and I was feeling reptilian by the end of application. I even tried saving the spotty coverage with Laura Mercier setting powder but it picked up off of my face and clung to the brush that had powder on it, leaving me blotchy and with a greasy chalk brush. I was rooting for pacifica as they are local to me and have a wide range of CF and V products but what a disappointment. The fairest shade is also a medium toned beige with warm undertones. I wouldn't waste your time here, save yourself the trip and try other CF and V foundations. I hate writing terrible reviews but BOY there is not one thing they got right with this foundation.

Comments about Pacifica Dreamy Cover Bare-Faced Serum Foundation SPF 20:

This was awful. I have fair skin and this actually made my skin look lighter. I think it is a result of the natural sunscreen, which is fine, I love all natural products, but this made me look pale, as in not well. Also, my fingertips would be covered in white residue after applying. I had to wash (with soap) to get it off before I could continue to apply the rest of my make up, because if I didn't, I would leave sticky white fingerprints on everything I touched. This "foundation" felt oily on top of my skin no matter how much powder I put on top of it or primer underneath it. The slightest bump or touch would remove it and it settled into my creases as well. It did not cover any blemishes, it was very thin and oily, even after shaking the bottle well to thoroughly mix all ingredients. This is the worst of all of the Pacifica foundations, none were good, but this is definitely the worst.
