Ulta's Double Duty Foundation does double the work with coverage of a foundation with benefits of a foundation primer in one product. Medium to full coverage foundation combines silicone and soft focus complex that is used in foundation primers to smooth, mattify and provide lasting coverage. Formula is paraben free, oil free and fragrance free. Dermatologically tested. Vegan-friendly.

Put a little liquid foundation onto the back of your hand and with your fingertip, dab the foundation over your face: two dabs on your forehead, two on the cheeks, one on your nose, and one on your chin. Covering the face this way helps ensure a more even and spreadable coverage. Blend the foundation into the skin with your fingers or using a foundation brush.

Comments about ULTA Double Duty Foundation:

I normally spend at least 3 times this much on foundation due to scarring etc. I had a bruise as a result of a medical procedure and needed a heavier coverage than I normally use to cover it up. This may become my new foundation - very smooth coverage. I fins it goes in best with damp sponge layering coverage.

Comments about ULTA Double Duty Foundation:

I wanted to like this foundation so badly, that I tried it three times and actually went outside with a gray undertone on my face! First off, the texture is like a mousse which I found inviting at first but it's IMPOSSIBLE to blend. I tried applying it with a damp blending sponge, a flat top foundation brush, and my hands but each time it came out streaky. Also, I have a true neutral undertone and even though the Rich Mocha shade claimed to be neutral it had the weirdest gray undertone EVER. I looked like I was casket ready for my own funeral. The shade was spot on, but the undertone was HORRID. This is the first Ulta brand product that I've deeply disliked. Bummer.

I have this in many shades. I apply with my fingers, it goes on more like a lotion than anything. I love that. I don't feel like I have heavy make up on.

Product comes out of the tube a bit thick (because of the primer), but I found it easy enough to apply and the color matches beautifully to my skin tone (there are lots of choices). I would suggest going into the store and testing the skin tone samples for your perfect match :)

Ulta brands are wonderful. This was first time buying this type of item. I need full coverage and primer. Compared to my regular brand...disappointed. it was so thick and dry, it was hard to put on with my brush applicator. I had to use fingertips. Had long wear which was great.

I currently am using creamy natural, but my skin is getting darker with spending more time in the sun. I have blonde hair, green eyes & I THINK pink, not yellow undertones. Would you suggest the next shade up for medium in warm or cool undertones? Thank you!

This foundation is formulated with a form of hyaluronic acid, which is a very hydrating ingredient, as well as with sweet almond extract to sooth and nourish sensitive skin. For those with dry skin, we recommend moisturizing and exfoliating (2X weekly for sensitive skin) to ensure smooth application.

                    A:

The most noticeable difference is that this foundation provides medium to full coverage, while most BB creams typically provide sheer-to-medium coverage. This product combines the benefits of primer and foundation, while many BB creams combine the benefits of a tinted moisturizer and primer. Many use BB cream underneath this product for hydration plus a bit of added coverage. We hope this helps!
