Comments about Yes to Cotton Comforting Micellar Cleansing Water:

To be honest, this is the first micellar water product I have ever used, so I have nothing to compare it to. But, I can tell you that it leaves a sort of film-like feeling on my skin after I use it, which I did not enjoy. Also, the pump container is quite messy. It squirts product out all over the place, even with a cotton round over the top of it. There is a faint, clean scent to it, but when I say faint I mean extremely faint. Not overpowering or bothersome at all. Product does feel refreshing on the skin, but the film left behind plus the messy pump make this item a pass for me.

Comments about Yes to Cotton Comforting Micellar Cleansing Water:

I love this stuff! I heard a friend talking about micellar water, but a different brand that I'm not fond of, and so I thought I would try this brand and I LOVE it. I've never used micellar water before, so I wasn't exactly sure how to use it, but I use it after I wipe make up off with make up remover wipes. You wouldn't believe the make up still left on your pores and even after using a makeup remover wipe! I also use this first thing in the morning to cleanse my face quickly before breakfast! I will definitely be buying this again.

After my morning workouts my face isn't dirty, it just feels super oily so I just use this with one cotton pad and it makes my skin feel so clean. The dispense nozzle is perfect for my gym bag and it dispenses just enough to clear my skin. Recommend for those who don't like oily build up but don't have time for a facial scrub !

Comments about Yes to Cotton Comforting Micellar Cleansing Water:

This is the first micellar water I've tried, and what drew me in was the fact that it's geared towards sensitive skin. I like it; it works well. I like the bottle and the pump. I find the pump to be convenient. It cleans up and removes makeup that my makeup remover towelettes leave behind. It hasn't irritated my sensitive skin at all. It doesn't leave a sticky or greasy feel/residue after use. It does an ok job at removing eye makeup - it doesn't come off with one sweep, but it does a lot better job than the makeup remover towelettes, with no irritation. I wouldn't use this micellar water alone to clean your face, though. Doesn't replace a face wash. It's more of a prep for me to wash my face after removing my makeup from the day.

Comments about Yes to Cotton Comforting Micellar Cleansing Water:

I've heard lots of hype for this type of product. I have fairly sensitive skin and thought this might be a good variation in my routine. It's just ok. It didn't really remove my eye make up but does a good job of getting make up off to prep for a good washing; I wouldn't leave it at just this as an option to clean your face. All that said, I've been using it to clean up my son's face and he doesn't complain which might be success enough.

Comments about Yes to Cotton Comforting Micellar Cleansing Water:

This is my first miceller water I've tried and I have no need to try any other brands this is perfect. Since this is the sensitive skin cotton one it really has no strong fragrance just smells clean. I've been using it for a little under a month every evening (occasionally in the mornings as well for extra hydration after my toner). The pump works great, I just take a cotton ball two pumps and it removes all my makeup and leaves my skin feeling so soft and clean before I even wash it that's why I love using it in the mornings if I feel like skipping washing my face. I have very sensitive acne prone oily skin and I have had no bad reactions to this at all I will definitely be buying it from here on out.

Comments about Yes to Cotton Comforting Micellar Cleansing Water:

I was very excited to try this product based on the reviews, but I wasn't impressed. I didn't feel like my face was completely clean and I had to wash my face with my regular face wash in order to remove my eye makeup. I used this product for about 3 or 4 days and by the end of that time, I had a small breakout of acne around my mouth. My skin is incredibly sensitive and this product just isn't for me. It might work for others though.

Comments about Yes to Cotton Comforting Micellar Cleansing Water:

I'm so glad I decided to make this my first micellar water purchase. I had the Garnier in my hand then read the ingredients and saw that it contained alcohol (denatured). I've since learned that only the green capped version contains it, but at the time I didn't bother checking the other Garnier bottles because I came across this Yes to Cotton version and thought it sounded better. I use it every evening. I cannot speak to how well it removes makeup bc I don't wear any, but it makes my face feel so clean and refreshed after using. My skin has also seriously improved since I started using this. I've always had bumps on my forehead and nothing ever helped, but within a couple days of using this they just about disappeared and have stayed away with continued use. That was an awesomely unexpected effect! I'm really surprised quite a few people seem to dislike the pump design. It's so convenient. I love it! It sounds like some people who dislike the pump may not be using it correctly. The bottle stays right-side up and you push down on it a couple times with a cotton pad (as you may have seen nail techs do with polish remover at the salon). I think this product is probably good for pretty much anyone, but perhaps especially good for oily/combo skin (imo).
