Comments about Revlon ColorStay Whipped Creme Makeup:

The first time I tried this foundation I loved it! My mom saw me with it on one day(she's not one to really talk about makeup) and her exact words were, "Your skin looks flawless!" Some reviews say that it's heavy, but I fear it's because they put too much on. I do apply this with an it cosmetics brush, but it works great with your hands too! I barely even put the brush in the jar... Just a very light dab and you can pretty much do your whole face! You barely even need any concealer with this. Once you get it on and have had it on for a few minutes, you can't even feel it at all. It lasts all day!

Comments about Revlon ColorStay Whipped Creme Makeup:

I have spent a small fortune on trying to find full coverage foundations and concealers that match my medium skin with yellow undertones. Even in prestige brands like Bare Minerals, Urban Decay, etc. I kept reading reviews raving about this foundation. I finally caved in and bought it. I'm so glad I did!!! It's my new go to!!! You can adjust the coverage from medium to full very easily by blending in more product. It is very lightweight! Unless you have oily skin, I don't see having to use a primer. The first time I wore it, I used my Smashbox Photo Finish Primer. The second time, I went primerless. It did just as well without it! I have dry skin with psoriasis. This did not cling to any of my dry spots. It was flawless! The only thing I would recommend is more colors need to be made and a color description of each color's undertones would be great. The reviews and swatches online are all over the place. One person will say Warm Golden has neutral undertones. Another will say, warm. It will not look the same swatched on a person with pink undertones arm as it will on a person w yellow undertones. It looks a lot darker in the container than on skin, for sure. Just be sure to purchase it at a store with a return policy, errr hmmm, like Ulta. I've seen a lot of complaints about the container. I, myself, like the container. I will be able to use every last drop because of the way it's made. Just be sure to clean your brushes and sponges on a regular basis!!!

          Great foundation.

Comments about Revlon ColorStay Whipped Creme Makeup:

Great coverage and staying power. Blends very nicely. Not overly heavy or oily. Even though it appears like a thick moisturizer, it doesn't have the same heavy cream feel you would expect.

Con: it has a sort of funky plasticy vinyl smell that I always seem to start taste and it gets in my throat. No one really mentions this, so maybe it's just me. Takes me several minutes to deal with the smell.

If it weren't for smell, this would be the perfect foundation for me!

As I've aged and my skin has become dryer, this is the perfect makeup for me. I live in a hot & humid climate during the summers and the makeup lasts! If you have breakouts this might not be the makeup for you. I love how easy this makeup is to use, it looks good - not fake, and is a good value.

I have rosacea and have struggled to find a foundation that can fully cover my redness, stay on all day, and not leave my shiny. I also love the glass container it comes in. You're able to get every last drop out. Will only buy this foundation from now on! :)

I've used this foundation for a year, and still haven't ran out of my first jar. This stuff goes a long way, and it's so perfect for oily skin. Great coverage and easy to blend out. This is seriously my go to right here.

I've tried a lot of budget friendly foundations and this seems to be the one that works best for me. For me it sometimes likes to come off, but I've recently started using the NYX Matte Setting Spray and seems to do the trick.

              Why

              By jlauren

              from Oklahoma

Comments about Revlon ColorStay Whipped Creme Makeup:

I wanted to love this so much. I haven't caved and bought an expensive foundation yet, I keep hoping the drugstore will come out with something for pale ladies. I wanted this to be it so badly. But as usual, the lightest shade is too dark. I'm very porcelain with slight yellow/neutral undertones. I put it on with a real techniques sponge and a flat kabuki brush, didn't like the finish with either. It began to separate around my nose, a common problem with every foundation I try, after about an hour of wear. I even used a mattifying primer.
