Comments about Revlon ColorStay Makeup For Combo/Oily Skin:

I used it for school, I was hoping that it would commit to staying on through the whole 9 hours of my day, but no it failed me. I've tried different ways to apply, different primers, and powder to help set, but it has come down to the foundation not working out for me. It also separates easily after the day and becomes way too cakey, this product also makes your oily skin, worse, I don't even remember how many times I had to blot my face during the day I've tried my part of trying to make it work but it comes down to this product being a no for my oily skin.

This is my go-to concealer. I have very oily, acne-prone skin, and an extremely light(pink) complexion. Most foundations end up making my skin look orange/darker than my neck or cakey after a full day of wear; not this one. I've been using this for a couple of years and I still love it.

This is the best drugstore makeup I've ever purchased. I was having trouble controlling shine with my previous Neutrogena foundation, even when I used a primer, and the shift with Revlon is remarkable. Instead of constantly checking the mirror for a shiny nose or forehead, I only need to dab a few times a day - and even them, the shine is significantly less noticeable. This makeup truly stays in place and doesn't settle into fine lines as easily as others. I need very minimal touchups from 9 to 5 and even 9 to 9. New staple!

Comments about Revlon ColorStay Makeup For Combo/Oily Skin:

Love love love this foundation, and it took me forever to find a liquid foundation that works for me. I struggled for ages to find a perfect shade and coverage in any foundation, but after much trail and error I'm finally comfortable going out without worrying that that my skin looks uneven or orange. It mattes really well and is awesome for super oily skin like mine. Coverage is definitely full, I have a lot of acne scaring and cystic acne and I do not worry that I will look red and blotchy under my foundation with this. My only complaint about this product is that it can be somewhat heavy. I have skin that gets a little weird on mornings where weather is super warm and humid, and on those days this foundation does not feel great (but then again, no liquid foundation does). I typically switch to a powdered foundation for those days.

Comments about Revlon ColorStay Makeup For Combo/Oily Skin:

I have very oily skin and I am also very fair toned but with lots of acne marks and redness. This foundation not only lasted 12hours without me having to blot like I normally do, but it didn't move around on my nose or chin. The coverage is also great AND it's buildable. I only do one layer and it covers my redness and acne scars. This is my new favorite and it's so cheap too.

Comments about Revlon ColorStay Makeup For Combo/Oily Skin:

I've been using makeup for 55 years and think this is the worse makeup I've ever purchased. Used to use Revlon's Age-Defying line and it was great. They changed it several times over the years but it was always good. It's now discontinued so I decided to try their ColorStay. As soon as you apply to your skin, it immediately has a drying effect and almost felt like I was applying a masque. I don't think it blended well at all. It felt very heavy on my skin and settled into pores and lines. When I washed off at night, it felt like I was washing off a product that had rubber in it. Very strange. Only used once, threw the bottle away. Sorry, Revlon, you're done in my book. (Had to give it one star, or review wouldn't take. ZERO Stars)
