Charcoal Detox Modeling Mask

Item #: 2503371

Charcoal Detox Modeling Mask by Miss Spa is a clarifying skin treatment that is perfect for stressed, aggravated skin. This unique rubberizing peel-off mask deep cleanses pores to unveil clearer looking skin with natural charcoal powder and soothing botanical extracts. This mask begins as a gel and a powder. When mixed together, they create a spreadable modeling mask that molds to your skin's contours to deeply cleanse pores by absorbing excess dirt and oil. Once set, it forms a unique rubberized texture that simply peels off to reveal a smoother, clearer complexion. Use weekly as part of your skin care regimen for maximum results.

Includes:
  • Modeling gel mask
  • Modeling booster powder
  • Mixing spatula

Single Use Application
Open the modeling gel mask pouch (Step 1) and pour into the cup. Open the modeling booster powder (Step 2) and pour into the cup along with the modeling gel. Mix well with the enclosed spatula until a smooth, thickened paste forms. Use immediately after mixing. Smooth and spread the paste onto a clean, dry face using the spatula, avoiding the eye and lip areas. After 20 minutes, the mask will fully set into a rubberized texture. Peel the mask off of face to reveal softer, more supple skin.

Precautions: For adult use only. For external use only. Use only as directed. Discontinue use if rash, redness or itching occurs. Not to be used on peeling or irritated skin.

Comments about Miss Spa Charcoal Detox Modeling Mask:

This mask turned into a soft wiggly moist gel. I was expecting a Biore pore strip type of peeling mask this is definitely not that. It's fair to compare it with a cloth/sheet face mask. It's good for moisturizing and it had a nice herbal scent.

Comments about Miss Spa Charcoal Detox Modeling Mask:

After I got everything all mixed up, I started rubbing it on my face with the pink applicator stick that was provided. The longer the product sets out, the clumpier it gets. This stuff is cold and slick feeling. It was an awkward feeling to rub it all over my face. The applicator is hard to use, honestly. It's shaped kind of like a hokey stick, so it was difficult to cover smaller areas, like between my lips and nose, without getting any on my lips. The box gives a warning about getting any near your lips and eyes, so it took some time to get it on my face with the applicator, all while avoiding these areas. Because I was taking awhile to get it on my face, the product started clumping in the bowl. It became a tapioca consistency. I was also under the impression that I would be able to turn the mask over, after peeling, and it would be full of all my little blackheads. This. Did. Not. Happen. In fact, nothing happened. No little hairs, no dead skin, no blackheads. Nothing came off my face. After peeling, my face felt sticky. A lot of masks feel like this, so I assumed that it just needed to dry. I waited about 30 minutes, and my face no longer felt sticky. However, it didn't feel smooth either. It didn't feel any different than normal. Nothing happened for me. I won't buy it again.

It got thick so fast before I could even get it on my face. I didn't let it sit. I followed the steps but too thick. Not smooth.

Comments about Miss Spa Charcoal Detox Modeling Mask:

I was expecting the peel off mask to have more oomf to it. It felt like it would never dry. The box says to leave it on for 20 minutes. When that time passed, it was still goopy so I left it on for about 10 more minutes. I could barely get it peeled off because it was still damp. I just didn't want to leave it on too long and risk irritation.

I bought this thinking it would get rid of my blackhead and it just really didn't. Although, I still love it! it reduces the size of active breakouts instantly especially the deep sore kind. I can really feel it working in my skin.

This mask doesn't do anything. It barely stays on your face. Didn't pull any "gunk" out of pores. It starts falling off your face once it starts drying. Save your money!
