Comments about Japonesque Brush Cleansing Trio:

These brush cleaners are great. I use oval brushes which to me have been really tough to get clean. They are thick and the makeup goes deep down. I wet my brush and then spray this cleaner throughout. I wait about a minute or two and then use a makeup cleaner pad to scrub them. Rinse with warm water and they get really clean! I have used shampoo but it no way cleans as good as this cleaner. A tad bit pricey but worth it!

Comments about Japonesque Brush Cleansing Trio:

I've tried this product two ways--spraying directly on the brushes and spraying on a tissue and then wiping the brushes. I find that the product does get the brushes clean, but I prefer MAC brush cleaner. This evaporates very quickly, plus the spray is a little hard to control, often ending up elsewhere than the intended spot. The scents are nice; this is worth trying, but this product will not be my regular brush cleaner that I purchase again and again.

            • probably good for frequent brush cleaning

Comments about Japonesque Brush Cleansing Trio:

Never used professional brush cleaners before; always relied on shampoos. These cleaners are oil based, which is probably good for the brushes, but doesn't do a very thorough job. Found I needed to resort to my old artist brushes method (solvent followed by soap & water twirled in my palm & air dried). Fragrances are very nice & cleaners are probably good for quick touch ups, but they're too pricey for what they do.
