Comments about Clinique BIY Blend it Yourself Pigment Drops:

When I saw this in the Ulta store, I had to have it. I applied my regular moisturizer, then blended the BIY drops into my sunscreen. Then I applied the combo and used some bronzer to contour. Viola! A naturally flattering look. It is buildable and you can use more drops to go deeper. Love it!

Comments about Clinique BIY Blend it Yourself Pigment Drops:

It does what it says it will do, which is awesome. I thought I loved it until a few hours later I had a few blemishes. Couldn't have been the moisturizer because I use it daily and don't have this problem. This product is great, just not for my skin type.

Comments about Clinique BIY Blend it Yourself Pigment Drops:

I was told this product would give me full coverage after 4 drops....it doesn't even do that after 6. I'm very disappointed that I spent money on this. I was told the foundation I was previously using would still work even when I got a tan. It does not. This was the employees "solution" to this. It doesn't work.

Comments about Clinique BIY Blend it Yourself Pigment Drops:

I don't like the look or feel of heavy products on my skin so I typically go for a BB cream or just moisturizer and concealer but this product allows to to keep it light and even out my skin tone. I've been using it with my Tarte gel moisturizer and I use two drops for a sheer wash of color for my whole face. I don't think this could be built up to full coverage but if you're looking for a more natural vibe then this is awesome!

I am a little disappointed in the cost of the product since you get such a small amount of pigment and clearly you'll need more drops than they suggest to get higher coverage.

I hate the feel of foundation, but I'm at the age where I need a little coverage. I have a hard time finding a good color match for my oily skin. The BIY mixed with a little of the gel lotion for combo oily skin is perfect! I can't imagine anything better.

Which shade will give a fair very neutral color? I have fair skin and many foundations are either too yellow or too pink on me. Also, will this oxidize? Unfortunately, Clinique usually does whenever I've tried the foundations.

Hi! if you are very fair, I would try shade 105. The neutral shades include 105, 110, 125, 140 and 145. You will notice less oxidation due to it being mixed with a moisturizer. It is easy to use and the coverage can be controlled based on your needs. Thank you for your interest and have a great week!

It should be mixed with your moisturizer each day to give you a flawless look. It has been very popular and many have really enjoyed it. With regard to your inquiry, you can custom-fit the coverage of your BIY Pigment Drops by the amount of drops you add to your moisturizer. One drop provides sheer coverage, two drops provide medium coverage, and three drops provide full coverage. As the amount of product you use per application could vary, we regret that we are unable to determine the exact number of drops that your bottle would contain. Thank you for your interest in Clinique and for your question. Have a wonderful week!

              • Q:

I just purchased ivory in Even Better foundation at a Clinique counter. I had been wearing age defense BB cream in shade 03 which I felt was a little dark or orangey on me even though the Clinique lady said it was a match. I felt that the BB was too heavy and caked on even with the lightest touch. I ave only worn the Even Better foundation once but I did note that the ivory was a better match for my skin. I am using a stay neutral pressed powder. I have oily to partly oily skin and battle larger pores on my nose and chin with Clinique targeted products. Do you think that this product would work better and if so what shade and what do I use to mix it with? Clinique moisturizing gel which I already use? Or something else? I am 59 and have silver white blonde hair.

Hi! Based on the shade range and the undertone you are looking for, I believe that 110 should be the best shade for you. You can absolutely mix this with your Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. It feels weightless on the skin and you can control the coverage you are looking for. Add less drops of BIY for less coverage, and more drops for more of a moderate coverage. Thank you for your question and have a great week!
