As mentioned this stuff has a terrible smell. I thought I'd try it anyways because I love Pacifica, but I honestly could even leave it in for 5 minutes. This is going back to the store tomorrow!

Comments about Pacifica Berry Dreamy Sleep Over Hydration Mask:

I have dry hair from coloring and I was hoping this would help, but it didn't make a big difference when left on overnight. It also smells a little putrid, like rotten fruit...I have no idea which ingredient could be causing that smell.

Comments about Pacifica Berry Dreamy Sleep Over Hydration Mask:

I bought this hair mask after having a bout of really dry hair that was always tangled and starting to get "rat's nests" at the nape of my neck. I have super fine, curly (permed) hair and this stuff really did the trick! After just one use my hair was back to normal. I found the mask to have a really pleasant smell. I didn't experience the bad smell like some other reviewers. I thought it smelled like berry candies. I think this is a really great hair mask for any hair type needing some hydration or for the ingredient conscious.

The smell is terrible. It is a very strong chemical smell, which is disappointing coming from a product of this brand. I could've potentially gotten past the smell if it worked. I did not notice a difference in my hair at all, so I returned it.

I have very thick, curly hair and this product worked great for me, but I had to use a lot and will probably only get 2 uses out of this container.

Comments about Pacifica Berry Dreamy Sleep Over Hydration Mask:

I adore the Pacifica line so I was very disappointed in this. The biggest problem I have is that it smells horrible. In the bottle it smells kinda funny but on your hair it smells like sulphur. I have a lot of hair and I had to use a golf ball amount to get it to cover all the strands. The end result softened my hair but only moderately. Would not use again due to the overwhelming smell and would not recommend. Other Pacifica hair products work much better.

Comments about Pacifica Berry Dreamy Sleep Over Hydration Mask:

I usually stand by this brand, I love their stuff. I was super excited to try this out when I got home from the store because I was looking for my usual deep conditioner and came across this and thought, "hey, if their other products are awesome, this must be a safe bet!". If I could give negative stars, I would give it a -10. It looks cute, but SWEET JESUS, IT SMELLS LIKE I DRENCHED MY HAIR WITH A BUCKET OF CAT Pee! If that's your thing, buy this product... but for myself, I'm going back to what I know and love (Macadamia Oil Deep Repair Masque). I couldn't even stand a half hour with this product in my hair, that's how horrible it smells!!! I was truly disappointed, but I guess that's what I get for branching out in a time crunch :(
