Yet another hair fail

Pros

  • Heats up fast

Cons

  • Bulky handling
  • Constant errors
  • Useless camp

Comments about Beachwaver Co. Beachwaver S1.25 Curling Iron:

Waste of money! Hair does not stay in clamp and what does gets ripped out when it get stuck in the grooves. Handle is too bulky to hold and use buttons. Continuous errors and the only way to zero out is to unplug it. Biggest waste of money I've spent on hair tools ever.

        Cons

        • doesn't achieve super volume

        Best Uses

Comments about Beachwaver Co. Beachwaver S1.25 Curling Iron:

I just liked the idea of a rotating curling iron. Heats to 410, doesn't pull the hair or get tangled. i have to flat iron hair line for best results. this want does not create super volume at roots. which is fine for me. i kept my $15 curling want which creates Victoria Secret waves if needed, got rid of all my other curling irons.
would recommend to someone w/ disposable income. like all fancy gadgets, results can be achieved through a little more work and effort.

I would like to purchase a beach waver but not sure if I should buy the S1 or the S1.25. My hair comes down about 2 inches off my shoulder. I am looking for beach curls that aren't really tight. What one would work best?

                  A:

The Beachwaver® S1 is great for all hair types and is recommended for your hair length or longer. This iron would give you those beachy waves™ you are looking for! The Beachwaver® S1.25 is also great for all hair types, but is recommended for shoulder length hair or longer. Pro tip: let curls cool completely before styling. Spray flexible hold hairspray directly onto a nylon-boar bristle brush. Brush through the curls for a softer look or simply run your fingers through your hair for a beachy look.

I have an angled bob. Will this work on short hair to achieve the beachy wavy look?

                  A:

The Beachwaver® S 1.25 is recommended for hair shoulder length or longer. The Beachwaver® S.75 is recommended for shorter hair. This is the smallest barrel which will ensure your hair gets full rotation around the barrel, giving you those beachy waves you desire. If you have a longer bob, the Beachwaver® S1 could also be an option, giving you the same beachy wave results.

The Beachwaver Pro is set at a higher price point because it is a professional rotating curling iron. The Pro has a professional grade heat range of 310F-450F, a 6.5" barrel length (compared to the S series 5.5" barrel), it is made of gold infused ceramic tourmaline, and has a 9 ft swivel cord (compared to the S series 8 ft swivel cord).
