I bought this in store, had almost 0 pigmentation. If you buy this I recommend wetting your brush with setting spray

Do Not Listen to the Bad Reviews!

By NiftyKat86

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Baked Highlighter & Blush:

I decided to buy this item despite the bad reviews. It just looked like the perfect shade of blush and I could not pass it up, and I am glad I didn't! I am very pale and this combo of blush and highlighter is beautiful. Main thing to remember to get this item to work is to scrap off the top layer of the product! I do not know what it is about the Elf baked makeup, but you need to scrap off the top layer to get any pigment, otherwise you will be totally disappointed. Doing this does cause fallout, but that has never really bothered me. Definitely get this!

Wonderful Pigmint

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Baked Highlighter & Blush:

This was such a great purchase! It is strongly pigmented and goes on super smooth. Amazing price and cute simple packaging. I highly recommend this product for anyone who needs a new highlighter. The pink color was also very shimmery, so I highly recommend that you use that as a highlighter, instead of a blush. Really wonderful!

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Baked Highlighter & Blush:

I wanted to love this because it's affordable and looked so pretty but... it's not very pigmented. I like a medium highlight not to intense and not to subtle. This is way to subtle if you want an okay highlight you really have to go in and that doesn't even look that good. It says it's a highlight and blush no it's not the blush side is just shimmer no pigment! You can mix both and get a peachy pink highlight or just use the highlight side and get a golden highlight. This is great for people that like natural makeup. I've been reading comments and a lot people say to scratch off the top layer so I'm going to try that next.

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Baked Highlighter & Blush:

ok so i bought this duo about 1 month ago and i REALLY like the highlight its really nice and pigmented you'll literally be blinding with glowyness. As for the blush its really not good i dont like it, its to sparkly to be a blush its not that pigmented and you could honestly use it as a pinky kind of highlighter

Love the colors

By K2003

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Baked Highlighter & Blush:

I bought this a couple of months ago and I truly love both colors. I also use the rose gold as eyeshadow and it looks great. My only problem is because they are side by side it is hard to keep the colors separate in the morning mad dash, and I am using up the sides of the product instead of being able to use it all. The highlight is perfect. For those having trouble with the pigment I suggest a different brush because it has great color, and lasts all day if you use a setting spray.

      Scrape Before You Swatch!

      By Lottie

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Baked Highlighter & Blush:

A lot of people are saying that this has no pigment, which is true if you try to swatch it right out of the package. But I recommend you first scrape off the top layer with a spoon or spatula or something and THEN swatch it. I think they put some sort of sealant over the top, because after I did this it swatched beautifully. I'll probably use it more as an eyeshadow than a highlighter/blush. I gave it only 4 stars because it feels like it fades fairly quickly. But other than that, it's great for the price!

      love for a natural look

      By amybo

      from Oakland, CA, United States

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Baked Highlighter & Blush:

I bought this awhile ago from a drugstore and I actually really love it. I reach for it when I want a natural glowy look. I don't worry about blush because it covers both. I use the elf highlighting brush and swirl it around a couple times to actually get it on the brush then apply it.

The highlighter is really nice for the price! But...The blush really has no color, it just looks like you put highlighter on your cheeks.
