More than just a primer, it's the secret behind the iconic BECCA glow. Infused with three unique Filtering Luminescent Pearls, each one adds a different drop of diffused light. Blended together, they result in a first of its kind, lightweight, whipped fluid that creates a smooth canvas and acts as an instant filter. Blurs imperfections and gives skin a healthy, luminescent glow.
Apply a thin layer to moisturized skin from the center of the face outward. Wait a few seconds and apply makeup as usual or wear alone.

Pretty finish

By Katie

Comments about BECCA Backlight Priming Filter:

This primer leaves you with a really pretty, glowy & hydrated finish. Unfortunately for me, I have incredibly oily skin so it didn't help keep my makeup on but I can't necessarily blame the primer for that. Overall I think this is a great primer, it'd probably be amazing for normal to dry skin types, but I'd probably skip if you have oily skin & go for the benefit porefessional or the smashbox photo finish instead.

Comments about BECCA Backlight Priming Filter:

This product is AWESOME! I use it as a primer under Naked foundation. It blends well with an almost translucent pigmentation but somehow it corrects any flaws! Because of the pigmentation, I think it would work well with any skin color. The glow it gives is radiant! It even comes through under my foundation (but Naked is light coverage). I also use a tad on top of foundation to highlight (nose, cheeks, etc.). I'm really liking this more than the powder highlighters! It is pricey but a little goes a long way as its not meant for coverage. You won't regret this purchase!

Comments about BECCA Backlight Priming Filter:

I love this backlight primer by Becca. It made me look healthy and well rested even though I have a cold and not sleeping very much these days. The down side is that 'healthy' look only lasted 4 days and then I noticed my skin started to break out with the primer. I have oily, acne-prone skin, so I have to becareful what products I use. I would not use this as a primary primer but as a highlighter on t-zone for special occassions/events. It didn't pass the humidity test or long hours of wear down here in South Texas. I love it as a spot highlighter. Its great for your girls that have dry skin and need that inner glow or 'healthy' glow without the breakouts of course, lol.

Comments about BECCA Backlight Priming Filter:

I am obsessed with this primer. I have had such a hard time with primers for a while, and I mean a VERY hard time. I went through so many that I just got fed up and used the Nivea mens after shave for a while because it was the only thing that made my make up go on smooth until I tried this! I first got it as a sample and my skin was glowing, and my foundation felt so light weight with it on. Definitely recommend this to others!

Comments about BECCA Backlight Priming Filter:

This is a beautiful primer that gives your skin a really nice finish. However, it enhances and highlights any bumps or skin imperfection. If you have a breakout, skip it. I give this product three stars because you really have to start with great skin to get the full benefit of the product and it's very pricy for a primer that can only be used on already-perfect skin days.

Comments about BECCA Backlight Priming Filter:

Love this product! It gives just enough glow but isn't a tacky glitter look that most illuminating products give. I use this daily and it works great under my light foundation. It doesn't have the smooth feeling most primers give but my makeup still looks great on top of it. I even use it alone when running errands or if I want a more simplified routine for the day.

We would stick to using one primer at a time, especially if you are on the oily side. If you do want to use both, we suggest using Backlight as a primer and Ever Matte Primer tapped over foundation application.
