Streaky... but good paintbrush

By Lhvoyles

from Salem, IN

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Angled Foundation Brush:

This put my foundation on way too streaky for my liking, so I washed it and put it in a drawer for a while. I needed a large paintbrush for a craft and I did not have any. I tried this and it worked great for my purpose. I actually store it with my paintbrushes now.

Second replacement for the first one that lasted 2 years. The root of the bristles were loosening unevenly.

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Angled Foundation Brush:

This is the first elf brush I have used that I hated and I have used most of them. The bristles are smooth, but I think the individual bristles are too thick. If they were finer I might not have been left with the streaky mess I had to pull out a sponge to repair. It was also suprisingly difficult to get clean. I suppose I can use it to apply masks so it at least has a use.

This is a very soft brush that I use to apply powder foundation under my eyes because my other brush is too big. For the price, it can't be beat.

    Ate Product

    By Nathan

    from Ottawa, ON, Canada

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Angled Foundation Brush:

I feel as if this product eats a lot of foundation compared to other elf foundation brushes. Caused streakiness when applying. My brush is now starting to break appart like loose end after 2 weeks of usage.

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Angled Foundation Brush:

I bought this brush a few weeks ago and have used it maybe 2 or 3 times. From what I have read, the reviews on this brush were great so I decided to take a chance and get it. I was not that impressed with the brush. It left streaks on my face and just applying foundation in general with this brush wasn't the greatest. I always end up having to go back with a beauty sponge to even out the foundation.

My One and Only Foundation Brush

    By Kisa_beebee

from San Diego, CA, United States

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Angled Foundation Brush:

I don't like buffing or stippling brushes because they kick up my dry skin and make my foundaton cakes. I almost bit the bullet and bought a beauty blender for my foundaton but I thought I'd give this a try first and I'm so glad I'm did! This brush is small enough to get into my small areas of my face but big enough to apply foundation on to the larger areas of my face. When I first bought this brush I was afraid that it would put really deep streak marks on my face, and it does put streak marks on my face but it goes away after I lightly pressing on my face with my hand. This brush doesn't kick up my dry skin and gives me a flawless in seconds.

    A bit streaky

    By Filipa

    from London, United Kingdom

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Angled Foundation Brush:

I find that this brush applies foundation on in quite a streaky manner- it doesn't help to blend it in well. I often have to go back with my fingers to blend in. I think a stipple brush would be better.

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Angled Foundation Brush:

This is the worst foundation brush by far... I like most elf's brushes but this one is my least favorite... I don't like how hard and flat it is... Fingers work a lot better than using this...

    A good brush

Comments about e.l.f. Cosmetics Angled Foundation Brush:

I bought this brush recently and I love it! However I don't really like it as a foundation brush. It works great for applying highlighter and bronzer, for me at least. Usually when I am looking for a foundation brush I look for a brush that applies the product well and blends, this brush applies pretty well but doesn't blend out as good as I would like it to.
