I have oily skin and use this daily, avoiding my oil areas. I put it on the outer parts of my face where I get super dry. If you put it in the oil-prone areas, it does start to look greasy after a little bit. The smell isn't bad and it blends and absorbs well.

Comments about Dermadoctor Ain't Misbehavin' Skin Clarifying & Mattifying Sunscreen SPF 30 PA+++:

So I wanted to buy this because I needed a new daily sunscreen and my skin is oily. I thought this might be great to only have to apply one thing in the morning. It was not in stock online, so I went by my local Ulta to purchase. I'm so glad I did, because I would never purchase this product as my DAILY sunscreen. Its an hour later after testing it on my hand, and it still smells like the fresh on the beach sunscreen smell. It would drive me nuts if I wore it everyday in the office. Can't say if it helps with shine control, but wanted to let potential buyers know to expect the smell. Oh well, the search continues...

I really wanted to love this. Consistency and smell are great for a sunscreen product, making application easy. I felt like this sunscreen blended into my skin readily and I was able to apply my makeup over it. Unfortunately I always have a reaction to chemical sunscreens and this one was no different. So sad. Will now have to search for a mineral sunscreen that blends in without a whitish cast and doesn't leave my face oily.

I love this sunscreen but I am not looking for a "mattifying" effect. I like it because it feels hydrating on my skin. I don't think is the right choice if you want a matte look. My dermatologist told me to look for very water resistant sunscreen with protection pa +++, there are not many like that so I am happy to have found this one.

My Ulta esthetician recommended this product when I mentioned I was looking for a new moisturizer/sunscreen. It's more like a sunscreen that also moisturizes. Really thick, a little goes a long way. I'm sure there is superior SPF coverage, but I need a lighter formula. Not really what I was looking for, so I plan to return it.
