Comments about Clarisonic Acne Cleansing Brush Head:

I plan on using this product once per week. It felt a little ruff on my skin after the first use and I noticed a slight redness on my face when I was done using it, BUT the glow of my skin the next day was stunning and it revealed the true value of the product!!! I'm hooked!!!

Comments about Clarisonic Acne Cleansing Brush Head:

I have been using this particular brush head for a few months and I love it. It's actually a little softer than the Sensitive Skin Cleansing Brush Head which surprised me, but it cleans very well and I have noticed a difference in the feel and look of my skin.

        Pros

        • Gentle on skin tough on acne
        • Works efficiently to get deep down into pores

        Cons

        • Price but worth it

        Best Uses

        • Deeper clean than hand washing your face alone
        • Every day
        • For acne prone skin

Comments about Clarisonic Acne Cleansing Brush Head:

Don't be fooled by imitation products claiming to fit your Clarisonic. They either do not fit or do not clean like they claim. I can tell a HUGE difference in the clarity of my skin with the genuine Clarisonic replacement head. It's so gentle on my skin yet helps prevent acne before it starts! I use it with Murad's Acne face cleanser for a deep clean of my pores. Absolutely LOVE, LOVE this product!

Comments about Clarisonic Acne Cleansing Brush Head:

love this brush head! I used the regular one and even the luxe but the acne cleansing brush is best. I do not have much acne other than the occasional pimple here and there, but I feel like it cleans the makeup from my face better than the other brushes

          • Q:

I have combination skin, I have little blackheads and bumps all over my face. Occasionally my skin is dry, I have been using this brush for about 2 months day and night but I want the blackheads and bumps to go away. Would this brush head be good for that or should I look more toward deep cleansing?
Asked on 9/1/2016 by Meg from California, US

            1 answer

            • Brand Expert

              A:

Hi Meg, thank so much for your question. You are correct. The acne brush head is the suggested brush head for combination skin and present acne. Suggested use is 2x's per day or day and night for 90 days. The Deep Pore brush head would be a suggestion if your skin is not experiencing any sensitivity or break out. That is a great brush head to address black heads and or congestion in the pores.

I am going to have my 11 year old daughter try my clarisonic due to increased breakouts. Buying a new brush for it I'm wondering if the acne brush or sensitive skin (being she's 11) brush would be best? Any other advice on a product to use would be welcomed!! thanks.

            • Brand Expert

              A:

Hi Amy, thank you so much for your question and reaching out to us regarding your daughter's skin. Because she is experiencing breakout, yes, the acne brush head would be fine for her to use. If she is experiencing any sensitivity along with her breakouts and feels she needs a more comforting cleansing experience she can even use the Radiance brush head. But starting with the Acne brush head first is perfectly fine. Thanks again!

I have oily acne prone skin, typically around that time of the month. I am debating between the deep pore and acne brush heads and was wondering which one would be better (keep in mind I have no current breakouts besides some black heads and acne scaring.)

              A:

Hi Maddie, thanks so much for your question. If you have oily skin with no sensitivity and you are not currently experiencing break out you may use the Deep Poor brush head. Acne brush head would be a suggestion when breakout is present. Both brush heads offer superior cleansing efficacy!

Hi there, thank you for your brush head. No, the Clarisonic Acne Cleansing Brush Head is not medicated. It is for skin that is acne-prone with some sensitivity. It features extra plush bristles that gently cleanse the skin and remove debris from pores.

          • Q:

I'm having trouble deciding between this and the deep pore cleansing brush. I have very oily skin with large pores and blackheads, and occasional whiteheads. I don't regularly get actual pimples, but when I do, they are large, swollen, deep-seeded fliud-filled cysts that linger for weeks at a time (usually one or two on my chin). I have already read the brush chart, so I know what each does-I'm just unsure of which would best suit my skin...

It sounds like the Deep Pore Brush Head may be best; when experiencing cystic acne, we advise to avoid using your Clarisonic brush on those areas until they have fully healed. Hope this helps!
